CPR cables
Cables aimed to be used as CPR applications, belonging to classes higher than class Eca and that are intended for permanent installation inside civil buildings or public places.
IMQ-HAR halogen-free cables
IMQ-HAR Halogen free single and multi-core cables, insulated with thermoplastic materials for working temperature up to 70°C, or insulated with cross-linked rubber for working temperature up to 90°C.
IMQ-HAR Rubber Cables
Single-core and multi-core elastomeric rubber cables, compliant with EN 50525-2-21 for operating temperatures of 60°C or 90°C, also available in multi-standard versions for the European and American markets (H07RN8-F/SOOW, H05RR-F/SJOOW).
IMQ-HAR PVC Cables
IMQ-HAR certified single-core and multi-core cables in PVC, with an operating temperature of 70°C or 90°C, and oil-resistant. Also available in a multi-standard version for the European and American markets (H07V2-K / Style 1015, H05V2V2-F/Style 2587, H05VV5-F/Style 21216). A maximum of forty cores is allowed only for H05VV5-F cables.
General-Purposes PVC Cables
This section includes all alternatives to HAR certified cables, such as: double-insulated single-core cables, single-core and multi-core flame-retardant cables compliant with IEC 60332-3-24 Cat. C, and flat cables.
Multi-Standard IMQ-HAR, UL, CSA and VDE Cables
This category has been created to combine multiple certifications (UL, CSA, IMQ-HAR, VDE) into a single product, suitable for both the American and European markets.
Cables for Special Applications
Standard or custom-designed cables suitable for heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty applications, offering resistance to oils, weathering, high temperatures and permanent immersion in water, including drinking water.
High Temperature Cables: 105 - 150°C
This section includes a range of products made from various materials (PVC, cross-linked polyolefin rubber, vulcanised rubber), suitable for a wide range of applications, from automotive wiring (ISO 6722 or SAE J1128 standards) to household appliance and motor wiring.
High Temperature Cables: 150 - 250°C
High temperature fluorinated insulated single and multi-core cables with IMQ, UL, CSA and VDE approvals, cables manufactured in compliance with MIL requirements, all these with excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
General Purposes Halogen Free Cables
General Purposes Halogen Free Cables includes : halogen-free single and multi-core cables produced with thermoplastic material or cross-linked rubber and with rated temperature up to 105°C, flame retardant accordingly to IEC 60332-1-2 or fire retardant accordingly to IEC 60332-3-24 (Cat. C).
Control Cables
Control Cables: Screened and unscreened multicore cables, PVC, PE, XLPE, PUR, LS0H insulated and manufactured according to the VDE 0250 requirements and suitable for control equipments, machineries, instruments, and security systems. Multi-pair construction with each pair screened or taped and cURus approved constructions are also available.
Cables for Audio and Video Applications
Entartainment cables, SPEAKER cables suitable for connection in all audio systems for stadium, arena, theatres and cinemas; BALANCED and UNBALANCED MIC cables and COAXIAL CABLES suitable for HI-FI audio connections, suitable for analog and digital signal transmission with a very high sound efficiency at any frequency and very low signal distortions.
Lighting cables
We take care about the design of our cables for the lighting industry by looking for a perfect combination of electrical safety and aesthetics. Suitable for power supply and wiring of general purpose lights, LED lights and wherever it is important to safeguard the visual impact on the finished product and the environment in which our cables are used.
UL and CSA Cables
UL and CSA approved Cables: single and multicore cables manufactured according to UL standards No. 758, No. 1581 and No. 62, they consist of following types: the AWM cables for internal wiring (usually named Style) and the supply cables Flexible Cord.
Automotive Cables
Single-core and multi-core cables suitable for the automotive sector, insulated with PVC T2 105°C or T3 125°C. Also available in a single-core PVC version certified to ECE R118 and rubber-insulated versions compliant with SAE J1128 standards for the American market.
Retractile Cords
We produce a wide range of fully customisable retractile cords and cables. Depending on the type of application and required performance, various materials can be used with differing degrees of elasticity and thermal properties, such as PVC, PUR, PP, PE, TPE-E, vulcanised rubber, etc.
Plug-In Cables: European Market
Three-core cables with Schuko plugs and two-core cables with Contoured plugs, certified by the most prominent European certification bodies (IMQ, VDE, NF, ASTA-INTERTEK, SEV, ENEC, KEMA, etc.). Fully halogen-free versions are also available.
Battery and power cables
Single-core cables and separable flat cables, manufactured in compliance with VDE0250 standards, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as for wiring in motor vehicles. Also available in halogen-free versions.
Plug-In Cables: American market and rest of the world
Overmoulded power cords in PVC, available in two-core and three-core versions: 15A models with cULus LISTED certification for the United States, Canada and Japan; and 10A models with SAI-GLOBAL certification for Australia and New Zealand.
Connectors
Bipolar sockets and plugs connectors, for class-2 devices and three-pole, 2.5 and 10 A 250 V appliances; manufactured in compliance with the CEI EN 60320:2001 standard. Supplied with ENEC certificate valid throughout the whole European market.
Cable bushings
Moulded PVC cable bushings suitable for round and flat cables, applicable to both certified power cords and custom-designed cables
