OUTER JACKET FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

The outer sheath usually is matt finished and manufactured with high flexibility PVC. Moreover, in order to mmet the needs of our customers we have developed three new types of high performances materials :

  • the SOFTECH, a special PVC-based compound, fire retardant accordingly to IEC 60332-3-24 requirements and with an excellent flexibility and good resistance to mechanical strenght. Rated temperature : -30 ÷ 70 °C at fixed installation
  • the TECHGUM, a special thermoplastic, fire ratardant accordingly to IEC 60332-3-24 requirements that we have developed in order to guarantee an high flexibility aven at low temperature and to make it resistant to surface abrasion. Rated temperature : -40 ÷ 70 °C at fixed installation.
  • the TECHFREE an halogen-free polyolefin fire ratardant accordingly to IEC 60332-3-24 requirements that is suitable for all applications where no toxicity of fumes and gases during burning or fire is required (particularly suitable for all public areas). Rated temperature :-20 ÷ 70 °C at fixed installation.
