Automotive PVC wires

Automotive PVC insulated single-core high temperature cables conforming to DIN 72551, ISO 6722, and FIAT requirements No. 91107. Type : FLRY, FLRY-W, FR105 F3, FR125 F5

CABLE STRUCTURE

  • Electrolytic bare or tinned copper, flexible stranded (for FLRY-B and FASE 3) or concentric (for FLRY-A) conductor. The length of lay of FLRY conductors are in compliance with DIN 72551 requirements.
  • PVC insulation suitable for automotive uses and resistant to mineral oil, fuels and engine liquids (T2 or T3 type PVC according to FIAT requirements, Class B or class C PVC according to ISO 6722).
  • Marking : SALCAVI TALAMELLO ITALY  YEAR TYPE OF CABLE HT 105 °C (HT 125°C).

APPLICATIONS

These cables are used in the automotive industry or generally on all the road vehicles, as signal cables to distribute the very low voltage to instruments and engine, everywhere a possibility of not very frequent exposure to thermal loading could be possible (for instance for wiring in the inner side of door or inside lamp bowl). They are particularly resistant to mineral oil, fuels and engine liquids.
