Multi-core ETFE, FEP, MFA, PFA heat resistant cables for internal or external cabling up to 260°C, without screen Li6Y6Y, Li51Y51Y, Li7Y7Y and with screen Li6YC6Y, Li51YC51Y, Li7YC7Y.

APPLICATIONS

These cables are widely used in all civil or industrial applications where resistance to high temperaturs, non flammability, resistance to industrial oils even at temperatures higher than ambient temperature, jointly with small dimensions are required. The optional screens extend their use even in industrial applications with high level of electromagnetic noise. The use of TPU or TECHPRENE outer sheath increases their flexibility without to reduce their mechanical properties, included resistance to abrasion and cutting. Installation in pipes or tubes is allowed.

CABLE STRUCTURE

  • Flexible stranded unilay rope or smoothed semi-concentric construction with electrolytic tinned, silver-plated or nickel-plated copper. Both European metric or American AWG cross-sections are available.
  • ETFE, FEP, MFA or PFA fluorocarbon resins insulation.
  • Electrolytic tinned, silver-plated or nickel-plated braided copper screen with an optical coverage not lower than 80 %.
  • ETFE, FEP, MFA or PFA fluorocarbon resins outer sheath.
  • Without any external printing
