Zero Halogen Cables IMQ-HAR approved 90°C cross-linked and low smoke zero halogen insulated rubber conforming to BS EN 50525 ( 6491-B/H07Z-R ). Comply with class Eca of new CPR regulation.

ZERO HALOGEN CABLES STRUCTURE

  • Electrolytic plain or tinned copper Class 1 solid conductor for H05Z-U and H07Z-U wires, Class 2 rope conductor for H07Z-R wires or Class 5 stranded conductor, for H05Z-K and H07Z-K, conforming to IEC 60228 requirements
  • EI5 type cross-linked zero halogen rubber insulation with low emission of fumes and gases conforming to EN 50363-5

ZERO HALOGEN CABLES APPLICATIONS

Low smoke zero halogen cables recommended for use in dry environments for the wiring of lighting fixtures, appliances and units where valuable assets are to be protected from future damage of fire, smoke and corrosive gas. Designed for the internal wiring of switchboards and distributor boards. The low-smoke, zero halogen cables may be installed on, in or beneath plaster and in closed installation ducts.

These cables are approved to CPR certification and suitable in the construction and fixed installations.
